The day of the STEP Test is coming. Probably many test takers have prepared for it, so I'm a little worried about I've not been working on workbooks for the test recently. Actually, I've been reading some novels and listening for some audio-books just for fun. That's why I sometimes think I should tackle those stuff to pass the test. Now "extensive-reading" has become one of my hobbies, and I don't think I'm studying English while reading books in English. On the other hand, many of my English teachers told me it's definitely good to read books more just for fun, and don't be too obsessed with cramming for tests. Having fun is the most important element, they say. However, it seems very hard to pass the test without preparing enough. To be honest, I'm not feeling like working on the books for the test, and like to enjoy English itself. I'm gonna take it next month, and honestly, I'd like to pass it. The kind of dilemma's annoying me whether to study harder or not.
